I write the books I most want to read — New Adult and YA fantasy and dystopian, where the worlds are morally grey, the regimes are oppressive, and there's always a love story tangled up in the danger.

I'm drawn to characters who don't get to be simply good or simply bad: people hiding who they really are, surviving systems built to break them, and falling for exactly the wrong person at exactly the wrong time. If a story has a dangerous world and a love that complicates everything, that's the one I want to tell.

Right now my books range from a celestial-tinged dystopia to a Korean-inspired fantasy — and there's a space opera in the works, with more books currently being worked on.
